Smith Bros & Wilson build Lynn Valley Care Centre

A trio of contractors do the formwork and rebar for the Lynn Valley Care Centre, a seniors care centre in North Vancouver.
The second phase of construction will provide 15 assisted-living units and 12 residential care beds, which will be connected to the original building through a walkway on each floor.
This phase will also include a media room, library, exercise room and private dining room.
Upon completion of the second phase in 2008, the entire facility will provide 183 beds for seniors.
The general contractor for the project is Smith Bros & Wilson (B.C.) Ltd.
