Up On the Roof

A foreman monitors workers during the expansion of The Douglas College David Lam Campus in Coquitlam.

The $26 million project includes more than 58,000 square feet of roofing.

Crewmen are also being tied-in as they prepare the barrel roof for S.B.S. membrane application.

Contractors working on this project include: general contractor Vanbots Construction Inc., roofing contractor Design Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd, structural engineer Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd and civil engineer Hunter Laird Engineering Ltd.

Occupancy is scheduled for early 2008.
