PCL Constructors Westcoast approach completion of construction at BC Spirit Place

Workers install the exterior panels on BC Spirit Place, the new library and city hall for the City of North Vancouver.
Completion of construction on the $4.7-million, 35,000-square-foot BC Spirit Place project is scheduled for the next month or two. Work on the project began in February 2007.
The project’s construction manager is PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc.
The structural and mechanical engineers are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. and Omicron Consulting Group.
