A new office building, part of the Gateway 200 business park, is under construction just outside of Langley, British Columbia.
WesGroup builds more office space at Gateway 200
WesGroup Properties is developer of the Gateway 200 project, located near 200th Street, immediately south of Highway 1. The development is a planned commercial, industrial and retail community.
The building pictured should be completed this summer and occupancy is expected in fall 2008.
Wales McClelland Construction Ltd. is the general contractor on the project, the architect is Christopher Bozyk Architects Ltd. and the structural consultant is Bianco Lam Consultants.
