Construction of new housing at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby is well underway.
Liberty Homes oversees construction activity at The Hub
The Hub at UniverCity was designed by Neale Staniszkis Doll Adams Architects for owner/general contractor Liberty Homes Ltd.
The seven-storey structure will incorporate a concrete foundation and a cast-in-place concrete structural frame.
The Hub will include 146 condominium units and a grocery store on the first floor. It is expected to be complete later in the year.
