Chandos Construction goes for gold at Jasper Avenue project
Chandos Construction Ltd. aims to earn LEED Gold for the $70-million redevelopment of Edmonton’s former Professional Building.
The work on the Edmonton landmark, which is owned by Calgary-based ProCura, is scheduled for completion in 2009.
Once finished, the 11-storey glass office building will offer 210,000 square feet of office space and 25,000 square feet of main-floor retail space.
