The Espana high-rise residential project includes three structures.

Intertech brings international flavour to Espana high-rise project

Construction manager Intertech Construction Managers Ltd. expects to complete the project, which is part of the International Village development, in 2009.

Designed by IBI/HB Architects, the three 35-storey buildings will create about 480,000 sq. ft. of space and parking for 653 cars.

Consulting engineers on the project include Jones Kwong Kishi (structural), Sterling Cooper & Associates Ltd (mechanical) and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical).
