Work continues on the Keynote Development project in downtown Calgary, Alberta.
PCL builds Keynote at downtown Calgary address
General contractor PCL Construction Management Inc. (Calgary) began the work in January 2007 and completion has been scheduled for July 2010.
Designed by Gibbs Gage Architects, the project includes:
• One 14-storey office tower;
• One podium with retail/amenity space and a terrace garden;
• One 26-storey residential tower with 180 units;
• One 34-storey residential tower with 250 units; and
• Four levels below grade parking.
Consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural); Emans Smith Andersen Engineering (mechanical); and Stebnicki & Partners (electrical).
Subcontractors include the following companies:
