The Exchange is a heritage renovation of the old B.C. Telephone Exchange building in Vancouver.

Heatherbrae builds a pleasant Exchange

Purchasers of the Exchange condominium units can choose between a modern build or a heritage renovation with exposed fir beams and brick walls.

The general contractor is Heatherbrae Builders Inc. and the architect is Burrowes Huggins Architects.

Consultants include Robert Lemon Architect Inc., Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers (structural), Perez Engineering (mechanical), Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical engineer).

Construction began in January 2008 and is scheduled for completion sometime next year. The owner is PCI Group Inc.
