Century Group is the developer of CityPoint, a new development situated next to the Gateway SkyTrain station in Surrey, B.C.
Intertech’s CityPoint project moves up
The construction manager on the CityPoint project is Intertech Construction Managers Ltd.
Designed by Raymond Letkeman Architect Inc., the project includes one 21-storey and one 25-storey tower.
Consulting engineers on the project include Glotman Simpson (structural); Sterling Cooper & Associates Ltd. (mechanical) and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd (electrical). Work on both towers began in April 2008. The development is scheduled to be completed in 2011.
