Garrison Crossing, located on a former Canadian Forces Base in Chilliwack, is a one of Canada’s largest revitalization projects.
Spruceland Homes builds Garrison Crossing with military precision and timing
The Garrison Crossing development involves the construction of about 1,700 residences in a mix of single-family homes, condominiums, duplexes and renovated vintage homes and townhouses. The project also includes retail shops in the village.
The developer is the Canada Lands Company, the general contractor is Spruceland Homes Ltd. and the architect is Focus Architecture Inc.
Consulting engineers on the project include Wedler Engineering Ltd. (civil and structural), Blueridge Engineering Ltd. (mechanical) and DF & Associates Consulting Ltd. (electrical).
