Site prep in North Vancouver

Edgewater Site Contracting Ltd. is doing the excavating and site work for a new development in North Vancouver, B.C. Rommel Homes Ltd. is the general contractor on Seven Hundred, a new mid-rise mixed-use project.
The first floor will contain commercial retail space, the second floor will be office space and the top two floors will include 26 condo units.
Tyam is doing the shoring and Chandler Associates Architecture Inc. is the architect. Consultants include Weiler Smith Bowers (structural), Yoneda & Associates (mechanical) and Falcon Engineering Ltd. (electrical).
