P3 Hospital Project
BRADLEY FEHR
A new critical care tower is taking shape at Surrey Memorial Hospital in Surrey, B.C.
The project is a public private partnership.
The consortium designing, building and operating the facility, Integrated Team Solutions, is made up of EllisDon Inc., Fengate Capital Management Ltd., CEI Architecture Planning Interiors, Parkin Architects Ltd. and Honeywell Ltd (Canada).
A new parkade structure and a rooftop helipad are also planned.
