The Sopa Square Development is taking shape in Kelowna, B.C. Fenwick Properties Ltd. is both the owner and general contractor.
Perkins + Will is the architect and interior designer. The project includes an 11 storey tower with condos as well as office and retail space.
It also includes a two storey podium and townhouse units. Consulting engineers on the project include Cobalt Engineering Ltd. (mechanical), Fast + Epp (structural) and MMM Group Limited (electrical).
The project is slated to open later this year.
