10-Storey Highrise in Victoria, B.C.

Campbell Construction is the general contractor, foundation contractor and concrete contractor on the Mondrian, a new residential development in Victoria, B.C.

de Hoog & Kierulf Architects did the design. The project will reach 10-storeys above grade and three below. Plans call for 93 residential units and retail space at grade.

Contractors on the project include West Bay Mechanical and GP Systems Ltd. The consultants are Delcan Corporation (civil), Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural), Avalon Mechanical Consultants Ltd. and Applied Engineering Solutions Ltd. (electrical).
