Tech savvy on Broadway

A concrete pour is underway for the sixth phase of the Broadway Tech Centre in Vancouver, B.C. Stuart Olson Dominion Construction is the general contractor and Tidball Projects is the project manager.
B+H BuntingCoady did the design on the facility that is being built to reach LEED Gold certification.
Consultants include Cobalt Engineering (mechanical), CWMM Consulting Engineers Ltd. (structural), Nemetz (S/A) & Associates (electrical), Levelton Consultants Ltd. (geotechnical), Exp Service Inc. (building envelope), Aplin & Martin Consultants Ltd.(civil) and LMDG Building Code Consultants.
