Stettler Seniors' Facility

SHANNON MONEO

Construction work continues on a seniors' complex in Stettler, Alta.

Tenders were posted for the $16 million supportive living facility in September 2011. The 60-unit facility was to open in August but instead, a spring 2013 finish date is anticipated.

Rockliff Pierzchajlo Architects and Planners, an Edmonton company which specializes in the design of health care establishments did the design.

Drumheller-based Canalta is the lead contractor. Points West Living operates seniors’ facilities throughout Alberta.
