Special concert at Museum of Human Rights for construction crew

The Canadian Tenors will be the first performance to take place at the Museum of Human Rights in Winnipeg, Manitoba, even though the facility isn't complete.

After a tour of the museum with Winnipeg mayor Sam Katz, the Tenors will undertake a special performance for construction crews.

The museum will still be under construction at the time of the performance, and has faced numerous delays during the building process.
