VIDEO: Journal of Commerce update for the week of October 29th, 2012

In this week's Journal of Commerce update we look at work being done on the Traffic Bridge in Saskatoon. The 105-ywar-old bridge is being demolished by Saskcon Repair Services, who have demolished the first span and will remove all the materials from the site. A new structure will retain heritage aspects of the bridge but will adhere to current safety standards.

Shannon Moneo has a story about Bill Everitt, who has come out of retirement to assume the role of Chief Operations Officer for the Southern Interior Construction Association.

Columnist Stephen Bauld has a piece about the role of a fairness advisor in municipal procurement, and make sure to check out our latest feature video, about the Vancouver Island Construction Association’s 100th anniversary wrap up gala and their plans for the coming year.
