BRADLEY FEHR
Syncra Construction Corp. is the general contractor for a new office and retail development on West Broadway in Vancouver, B.C.
Studio One Architecture Inc. did the design for the six-storey structure that also will reach three storeys below grade. Steven Hart Architect is a consultant.
The project is seeking LEED Silver certification. Pottinger Gaherty is the sustainability consultant.
The first two floors will be commercial retail space.
