Cold Weather Construction

A pair of lowrise apartment buildings under construction in Timberlea, a neighbourhood in the north end of Fort McMurray, Alberta, form the first phase of a mixed use development called East Village.
The development will have 120 residential units with ground floor commercial space.
This phase of the East Village will be completed sometime in the spring/summer of 2013.
Liam Construction is the general contractor. NORR Architecture Planners did the design.
