Queen's Park West Pour

Construction workers are busy with a concrete pour at Queen's Park West mixed-use development in New Westminster, B.C.
Syncra Construction Corp. is the general contractor and Pattison Architecture is the architect. The project will reach four storeys above grade and one below.
The top three floors will be office space and commercial retail space will be at the ground level.
Consultants on the project include Smith + Andersen Falcon (electrical), Jade West Engineering Co. Ltd. (mechanical) and Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural).
The project is seeking LEED Gold certification and is slated for completion in June 2013.
