B.C. Road Builders award members
QUEEN ELIZABETH II DIAMOND JUBILEE MEDAL
Five prominent roadbuilders were presented with Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medals after the B.C. Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association (BCRBHCA) annual general meeting in Victoria.
The recipients were: Jack Davidson with the BCRBHCA; Dee Miller and John Miller with JJM Construction; Frank Rizzardo with Emcon Services Inc.; and Joe Wrobel with HMC Services Inc.
“(They) have consistently given so much of their time to help develop practices and solutions within our industry that are critical to the lives of every Canadian using our transportation infrastructure,” said association chair Noel Mankey.

BCRBHCA president Jack Davison was a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal.
Dee Miller of JJM Construction also received the Jubilee medal.
Frank Rizzardo of Encom System in Merrit, B.C. was another medal recipient.
Joe Wrobel with HMC Services Inc. was a Jubilee medal winner.
