Funding question

The president of the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) says the amount of long-term infrastructure plan expected in the next budget is still unknown.

“There’s no question of the federal government’s commitment to make the deficit targets. Since deficit targets are relatively short-term, you could have a new infrastructure plan announced that tends to have to rise a bit or is phased in,” said Michael Atkinson, CCA president.
