La Malbaie, Que.

Canadian Construction Association president Michael Atkinson and Federation of Canadian Municipalities president Karen Leibovici discuss what they would like to see in a new long-term infrastructure plan in the upcoming federal budget.

In addition to a minimum 20-year longevity, they will be looking for elements such as predictability, sustainability and flexibility in the plan which is set to replace the expiring Building Canada Plan.
