PPP Canada chief executive officer John McBride says alternative financing and procurement (AFP) delivery methods are being used more often because they work. He sees that trend continue.
James Paul, president and chief executive officer of Defence Construction Canada, speaks about how DCC is moving towards electronic bidding as it moves with the changing trends.
