VIDEO: Merit Contractors Association president Stephen Kushner on IOSC Eight
From Feb 11 to Feb 13, open shop association members from across Canada and the United States will meet and network in Maui, Hawaii for IOSC Eight, the eighth international open shop conference presented by Merit Canada.
Merit Contractors Association president Stephen Kushner will be on hand at the conference, and he spent some time recently with the Journal of Commerce explaining Merit’s role in the conference, as well as areas of focus and keynote speakers at the event.
IOSC is also partnering with Bizcon 2014, the American open-shop conference presented by the Associated Builders and Contractors, which takes place concurrently from Feb 11 to Feb 12.
Kushner said both conferences are intended to give senior construction owners and managers the tools and information to deal with dynamic and accelerating change in the marketplace in years to come.
