| Note: | Request For Proposals (FHHR-2013-001) from Consultants for commissioning services closed 15:00 April 2, 2013 at the owner and has been awarded. The consultant will work with the design team, consultants, construction team, and trade partners to ensure the project can be delivered at substantially less than market cost and considerably sooner. Working drawings are ongoing. Gen Cont is awarding trade partners through the integrated project delivery method as the project proceeds. Construction of foundations is underway. Structural steel and mechanical and electrical trades will be secured early summer, 2013. Structural start is expected summer, 2013.
This is a joint venture project with an American team. Total budget is approx $103.8 million. The Boldt Company is providing Integrated Lean Project Delivery Services. The Devenney Group is providing Medical Facility Design specialty services. |
