Consultants are responsible for preliminary plans and working drawings preparation and construction work supervision. Preliminary planning is underway. Schedules for working drawings, tender for the general contractor and construction have yet to be finalized. Further update late 2012. |

The project also includes construction of a parking lot and landscaping works. The project will aim for certification under the Leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED) green building rating system. |
