Project:structural steel frame, fuel fired heating system, concrete slab; steel timber piles; construction of a 2,170 sq ft addition, and alterations to the existing building for conversion of the current facility into the Manitoba Public Insurance's service centre model. The project will include upgrades to the existing building to provide: comfortable facilities with an expanded open, bright reception area; customer meeting rooms to ensure privacy, confidentiality and safety; office space for additional staff including those relocating from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing office location.
