| Note: | Request for proposals from professional consulting firms (fccq 801-2012) closed at 10:00 Quebec time December 11, 2012 at the owner and has been awarded. Consultants will assist the municipality in the selection of consulting engineering firms for the project plans and specifications preparation and the project management. Preparation of documents necessary for engineering firm selection is ongoing at the consultant. Schedules for design, tender for the general contractor and construction have yet to be determined. Further update summer 2013. |
