Consultants are responsible for civil and architectural construction work supervision. Owner is selecting a contractor for the main construction lot following the sub trade tender (SA13-7002) closed early February 2013. Award is anticipated mid-/late spring 2013. Sub trades are not being sought at this time. Subsequent sub trade tenders will be followed in separate reports.
