| Note: | Pending completion of a business cases analysis the owner has opted to purchase and redevelop an existing building rather than build new. Owner is undertaking fundraising to complete the necessary alterations and to relocate to the new building. Owner is seeking donation and volunteer contribution for the project. Donations are required for a pump and cistern. Sub trades willing to volunteer their time are asked to contact the owner. The following trades are required; electrical, carpentry, plumbers, and structural. Installation of sprinklers was completed early 2012. Owner is finalizing agreements with the Proj Manager.
