| Note: | An Invited Request For Proposals (RFP) from consultants closed February, 2013 at the owner and has been awarded. The consultant is undertaking completion of a functional plan to determine the size and scope of work. Owner will issue an RFP for consultants to complete an Environmental Assessment (EA) and detailed design, early fall, 2013. Subsequent design schedules will be finalized upon award. It is undetermined if the procurement method will be via traditional tender or through Request For Proposals for construction management. Tender and construction schedules are undetermined. |
