The envelope is primarily curtainwall. The project is inteded to achieve LEED Gold Certification. The Phase 2-portion is located on the north-east side of the shopping centre eand fronts both the "main court" of the shopping centre and 137th Avenue. New construction can accomodate retail on the main (and possibly 2nd) level with additional floors catering to office uses. |
