| Project: | construction of 240 km of 42-inch pipeline and associated pumping and metering facilities from La Corey to Hardisty adding an additional 540,000 b/d of mainline capacity. 500,000 b/d of this capacity is expected to be committed to FCCL, a business venture between Cenovus Energy and ConocoPhillips. Mainline capacity can be cost effectively increased to approximately 1.2 million b/d by constructing additional pumping stations. |
