|Note:|| Owner has submitted official plan amendment (OPA) and rezoning applications as well as a site plan application. Staff report for the OPA and rezoning applications will be completed and submitted for council approval summer 2012. Site plan staff report is expected to be completed late 2012/early 2013 for council consideration. This plot of land has been exempt from the Hwy 7 & Weston Rd secondary plan that the municipality will need to complete for the area.
