| Project: | to transform a four block radius (25.4 acres) into an exceptional mixed-use community focused on sustainability & healthy living; complete new neighbourhood inspired by the integration of community health & wellness facilities; the scope of the redevelopment may include: new residential care facilities to replace existing outdated facilities; health services/facilities to serve a diverse population; social housing &/or work force housing; a Canada Line Station; amenities such as a YMCA & community gardens; office & retail space; rental apartments; & market residential development (condominiums & townhouses). The redevelopment of the Site would require the demolition and replacement of the GP and Dogwood beds. The project would seek LEED Gold certification. |
