| Project: | CMU block structural frame, structural steel frame, electric heating system, steam/hot water heating system, Construction of the building envelope shell for both a shop addition to the existing facility and the construction of a fire wall separated stand along shop. This work to include but not limited to the systems and connections of such systems to allow the facility to meet occupancy requirements. Site preparation and remedial work to the site also included in the scope. Electrical Scope of work Drawings E-1 & E-2 not in contract. Work to be completed by University of Manitoba forces. |
