| Note: | Owners have recently signed a commercial agreement with 15 First Nations regarding the pipeline component of the project. BC Environmental Assessment Office is currently reviewing the PTP LP Certificate. Front End Engineering Design (FEED) is underway and clearing and logging along the pipeline route to be confirmed in early 2014. Further update at that time.

| Project: | proposed natural gas pipeline. Scope of the work includes the construction of 914 mm, 463 kilometres of pipeline to transport natural gas from Kitimat LNG regasification terminal to the Spectra Energy Transmission BC pipeline system at Summit Lake. Pipeline will have a capacity of 1 billion cubic feet of gas per day. |
